We are strong at commercial analysis, at dissecting proposals, at running the financials, challenging the forecasts and at questioning the assumptions that have been made in arriving at a particular plan of action. We bring a fresh, external perspective, and ask the questions that often don’t occur to those who are immersed in the business. The Coaching approach assumes that organisations are the best architects of their own solutions, but the Business Coach will question, challenge, keep on track, apply tools and techniques as required, leveraging off business experience.
