WHY PEER COACHING?
Our Peer Learning and Coaching Groups provide a space for reflection and connection with other senior leaders.
Under the guidance of professional coaches, participants will bring issues or challenges on which they’d appreciate insight and coaching from peers. They will benefit from articulating issues and hearing alternative perspectives of experienced leaders outside their organisations, thus introducing objectivity and reducing the risk of groupthink. They will also have the opportunity to decide on key actions to be taken.
