About us

GROWTH POTENTIAL is a team of coaches / consultants supporting growth, transformation and impact in organisations and their leaders. We have worked with a broad range of clients, including corporates, not-for-profits, social enterprises, arts organisations and public sector bodies. 

We are skilled and effective at supporting organisations and leaders to diagnose and develop programmes to address clients’ needs. We have supported clients with strategy development, cultural transformation, facilitation of decision-making and leadership coaching. 

Organisations and leaders are operating in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. 

We are noted for our ability to; build trusting relationships; ask the right questions; analyse and distil the complex; identify challenges and opportunities; facilitate inclusion, reflection and meaningful discussion; constructively challenge assumptions and potential biases; build consensus; define metrics; and highlight necessary alignment of resources, strategy, structure and culture.
