GROWTH POTENTIAL is an established boutique strategy consultancy supporting not-for-profits, social enterprises, arts organisations and SMEs to deliver impact through agile and effective strategy. We support clients at any or all key stages in the strategy cycle – development, implementation and review.

We also support clients with specialist strategies such as Diversity & Inclusion, Advocacy and Safeguarding and executive coaching for leaders.

Organisations are operating in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. Effective strategy requires embracing that complexity and uncertainty and through good analysis, discussion and decision-making agreeing clear strategic goals and accompanying measurable implementation plans, while retaining the necessary agility to adapt and respond to a changing environment.

In support of achieving this strategic clarity and agility we are noted for our ability to; ask the right questions; analyse and distill the complex; identify challenges and opportunities; facilitate reflection and meaningful discussion; constructively challenge assumptions and potential biases; build consensus; define metrics; and highlight necessary alignment of resources, structure and culture.
